OUR PROCESS:

Kept in Boxes

Any orders that are on Threshold, Curbside, Room of Choice Service Level are kept in their original boxes/packaging.

Pre Inspection

Received in the Warehouse but pre-inspection is required; not yet scanned. We will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders.

Curbside Service

Order is left outside customer’s home or apartment building.

Customer to Bring the Order In and Assemble

For Threshold and Curbside: Customer is responsible for bringing the order inside their home.

Customer to Assemble the Order

For Room of Choice: The customer is responsible for assembling the order.
