Order Opening and Inspection

We carefully open the order and meticulously inspect the items, ensuring they meet our high standards. If any minor touch-ups are required, our experts apply them at our center before the item goes out for delivery.

Pre Inspection

Received in the Warehouse but pre-inspection is required; not yet scanned. We will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders.

Opening & Assembling

We open the items and pre-assemble them to make sure that all hardware and items are present, open and close doors and drawers multiple times. Install handles, pull, and feet.

Caring For Glass Items

For fragile items like mirrors and glass, we check the entire glass for any cracks and chips.

Wrapping and Loading

We meticulously wrap and package the order using protective materials and blankets. Our trained professionals then load the items carefully onto our trucks for delivery, ensuring their safety during transit.

Pre Delivery Call Preference

Our dedicated delivery team contacts the customer 30 minutes prior to their scheduled delivery time. This courtesy call allows us to confirm the arrival and discuss any specific requirements or preferences.

Placement Assessment

Upon arrival, a walk-through is conducted by our delivery team to determine the ideal placement of the items.

Clean-Up and Departure

Before leaving, our delivery team ensures to clean up the area, removing any packaging materials or debris. This attention to detail ensures that the customer can immediately enjoy their new purchase without any hassle.
