We deliver packages to your preferred room and clean up the debris for a hassle-free experience.
OUR PROCESS:
PRE INSPECTION
Received in the Warehouse but pre-inspection is required; not yet scanned. We will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders.
Placement Assessment
Upon arrival, a walk-through is conducted by our delivery team to determine the ideal placement of the items.
Room Of Choice Service
Delivery team performs a walk-through to assess item placement upon arrival. Order is brought to customer’s chosen room for unpacking and setup.We then bring the order to the room of choice so when the delivery team leave the residence, the customer can unpack the item/s and finish any setup or assembly (if needed)
Customer AssemblY
For Room of Choice, the customer is responsible for assembling the order.
Debris Removal
For Room of Choice + Debris Removal: After assembly and placement, our delivery team takes care of removing all debris generated during the unpacking and assembly process. We leave the customer’s home clean and clutter-free, allowing them to enjoy their new purchase immediately.
