Order Management:
Full tracking of every piece of every order no matter where it is in the delivery process – in transit, in the warehouse, or en route to the customer’s home. Orders are automatically assigned to buckets depending on their status, and can therefore be managed in bulk.
Manifests / Trucks Management:
Our manifests interface lets you easily view all data associated with each and every truck sent out for delivery. Every route is scrutinized by the system to determine its efficiency based on careful accounting of a truck’s revenue and costs.
Reports:
Reports can be generated off of pretty much any request – all deliveries made within a chosen date range on behalf of a chosen retailer, all orders in the warehouse ready to be scheduled, even all pieces ready to be picked from inbound trailers.
P&L Analysis:
The revenue and cost associated with each and every order and route are logged in the system and analyzed, allowing you to view P&L data broken out however you want – by quarter, by region, by the customer, etc. You will no longer have to spend days crunching numbers that your platform should be able to crunch for you.
Warehouse Management:
Warehouse employees are automatically notified when pieces should be moved within the warehouse, enabling complete optimization of your space. For example, an order scheduled for delivery will be marked for movement to the appropriate outbound lane.
Mobile Driver Dispatching:
The platform is integrated with a mobile app for use by the delivery teams, who scan the order at each step in the delivery process, generating automatic notifications of a successful delivery or an exception. The app even allows for pictures to be linked to the order, confirming that it was completed without damage..
Quality Monitoring:
Any damaged order is flagged and identified for repair, so that a customer never receives a damaged product. Customers are automatically sent a survey asking them about their experience with the delivery so that the quality of your delivery teams can be carefully monitored.
Fleet planning:
Delivery routes are automatically generated based on the volume of deliveries in a given region each day and other parameters, such as the delivery windows of individual orders. Our interface allows for you to view and make easy adjustments to your routes well in advance of the delivery dates, avoiding the pitfalls of under- or over-crowded routes.
Capacity Forecast:
You can view the forecasted volume as far out as you would like, letting you plan your business’s operations so that you are never under or over capacity. Forecasting is available on as granular or as macro a basis as you would like.

Automated Scheduling
Orders are automatically scheduled based on a few parameters, such as the customer’s location and availability. The customer is automatically notified of the delivery via a phone call 48 hours before and the day of the delivery.
Electronic POD:
The system records every delivery and sends a confirmation to the relevant parties. Other data used to verify the delivery, such as a signature by the customer and pictures of the delivery, are generated as well, and are available for download from the platform.
Live Fleet Tracking:
The team in the warehouse has complete visibility into the delivery team’s operations, allowing for problem-solving on the fly. Through the delivery team’s mobile app, all the delivery team’s actions are tracked so that you can monitor each day’s routes as they happen.
Business Insight:
Important KPIs such as average cost per truck, average cost per delivery, average revenue per delivery, and many others are automatically tracked, enabling you to have a consultant’s view into your company’s bottom line and future without any of the associated expense.
Customers Dashboard:
Our Dashboard isn’t just for your team – the customer has access to it too, where they can check on and update all of their orders without the hassle associated with excessive email traffic. All changes in order status or specifications are automatically communicated to the appropriate team members.
