OUR PROCESS:
Kept in Boxes
Any orders that are on Threshold, Curbside, Room of Choice Service Level are kept in their original boxes/packaging.
Pre Inspection
Received in the Warehouse but pre-inspection is required; not yet scanned. We will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders.
Threshold Service
We bring the order to the threshold of the customer’s home first dry area , such as the front door, garage, building lobby. In an apartment or condo building, the product will be carried up a maximum of two flights of stairs at the building entrance. The customer is responsible for assembling the order.
Customer to Assemble the Order
For Room of Choice: The customer is responsible for assembling the order.
