Vendor Pick Up
This is a service where a vendor or supplier sends a representative to pick up goods or products from a designated location, and transport them to the vendor’s own location or directly the end customer.
OUR PROCESS:
PRE INSPECTION
Received in the Warehouse but pre-inspection is required; not yet scanned. We will inspect items when they first arrive at our terminal. This option should be used for particularly fragile, sensitive merchandise or special orders.
Order Notification
As soon as an order is ready for home delivery, pick up, etc. The shippers or customers will receive an automated email notification.
Location and Schedule Confirmation
Check if the pick-up location is within our coverage area. Offer available schedule dates. Notify the shipper promptly if the location is out of state.
Vendor Info Verification
For Room of Choice: The customer is responsible for assembling the order
Vendor Pick-Up Schedule Confirmation
Once the vendor confirms a pick-up schedule, we send a pick-up Bill of Lading (BOL) to the vendor and our warehouse team for documentation purposes. It is also printed out and will be given to the delivery teams for smooth pick up process.
Order Monitoring
Monitoring and Documentation: We monitor if an order is successfully delivered or picked up. Every picked up orders are being Included in a returns manifest for scanning and receiving purposes.
